What can be said about the game, the answer to that is not a great deal hence why this will be the shortest match report to date. T's defended with brave heroics against a younger, fitter, stronger Old Haberdashers side, managing to keep the score to a respectable 17-10 at half time, with the captain, Adrian leading by example and going over for the first try of the game.
Following an early score in the second half by Old Haberdashers, T's dazzled with their only truly excellent passage of play. The forwards took the ball on, and pounded away at OH's defence metres out from their line. After failing on multiple attempts to knock a hole in the defence, T's scrum half decided that rather than going through the defence and unable to go under he would attempt to go over. Chipping the ball from 10m out, to cries of "What the hell is he doing" from the side line Slash chased through the defence and touched down with centimetres to spare before crossing the dead ball line. Old Haberdashers came back strongly and under the continuous pressure the T's discipline and structure disintegrated, opening the flood gates for opposition to run in 22 points in the last 15 minutes. The T's have taken their first defeat of the season and now have to pick themselves up, brush themselves off, and get back on track against Hendon on the 25th.
