Pre Season Rugby - Wednesday 19:00 - 21:00
What better way to spend your Wednesday evenings than with a friendly run around on Twickenaham Green, followed by a couple of well earned pints in one of the local establishments.
Wednesday night training includes; 40min of touch rugby, 30 minutes of unit skills (forwards & backs split) and 30 minutes of unopposed.
Summer Rugby Fitness - Saturdays 09:30 - 11:00
Drill Sgt Walker (with the odd guest trainer) shows his true colours, and takes great pleasure in barking orders for a gut wrenching hour of cardio and strength training (in a fun way, hmmm if that's possible)
Saturday morning training is pure fitness related to being better prepared for the season ahead.
All welcome, current players, members, potential players, or those of you who just fancy a runabout
