Summer Touch & Crossfit

Summer Touch

Every Thursday evening, during June & July, starting at 7.15pm until Dusk.
Touch is open to new & existing players and is played in a fun but competitive environment.

Every Saturday morning, during June, July & August.
These are 1 hour sessions, focused on Rugby Related fitness run by the professional outfit;  Sunbury CrossFit
An example session will include;

  • 5 rounds of 20 kettlebells swings and 60m sprints. Complete as quickly as possible.
  • In 10 mins complete as many reps as possible of 10 press ups/10 squats/10 sit ups.
  • Using a 35kg power bag complete 3 power cleans-3 front squats and then run with the bag 10m, put it down and sprint back to marker and return (20m). Do this as quickly as possible for 10 mins.
  • Complete 10 burpees then sprint 80m-do 5 sets.
